Beyond amazing experience in every way possible
Our room was spectacular The marble floors were so beautiful The views were amazing They parked our car for us The Grotto restaurant was the nicest setting you could possibly imagine !!!! Staff were so nice and friendly and helpful I would give it 12 stars!!!!!
The 60 stairs down to the magnificent grotto where all meals are served were not a problem for me, but elderly patrons or those with mobility issues would have a difficult time

First class service from the hotel. From the airport transfers to the warm welcome every time we came in and out, this is a beautifully discreet hotel where nothing is too much trouble
